Five Activities to Try at Home!

Greetings from MOSS!

We are proud to announce the first of many Weekly Outdoor Challenges!

Five different activities linked below that will help you to explore the world around you and learn a lot in the process.

1. Meet a Plant! (art focus). All ages, supervision encouraged for younger students

2. Forest Bathing (healing and resilience focus): All ages, supervision encouraged for younger students

3. Fibonacci Sequence in Nature (math focus): Middle School and older

4. Mapping Adventure (inquiry focus): Middle School and older, supervision encouraged

5. Bird Music (observation focus): Middle School and older

MOSS Graduate Students created these lessons for you, and they are excited to hear about your adventures! If you'd like to participate in a Zoom video session with the Grad Students, please email Beth K (ekochevar@uidaho.edu) with your name, age, and which activity you did this week, and we'll send you a Zoom video link to join us at 10am on Friday 4/24 for 20 minutes.
