Welcome to the MOSS kitchen at the McCall Field Campus! Holly and Betsy want to welcome you, say hello and let you know a little bit about what to look forward to from us, here in the Feeding Our Adventures part of the MOSS Adventure Learning site!
We are so excited to share with you the passion we have for tasty, and whenever we can get it, local food, and to share with you some of the ways we enjoy and learn about that food, as well as how we make choices for how to bring the meals to you at MOSS the way we do. You might get to learn about our farmers and producers, about the different places our food comes from, how we think when we make the choices we do and plan our menus, or maybe even learn how to make some of those delicious MOSS favorites!
Betsy and Holly also have a lot of passion for gardening and wild food gathering, as well as for adventures of all kinds in the great outdoors. We look forward to both literally and figuratively Feeding Our Adventures, and yours too!
